Presales Policy

1. Payment Structure

 

All presale items must be paid for upfront. We accept multiple payment methods, including PayPal, credit/debit cards, and gift cards.

 

For purchases made with a gift card:

Online purchases: Refunds, when applicable, will be transferred onto a new gift certificate.
In-store purchases: Refunds will be applied as store credit.

2. Release Date Management

 

Release dates are determined by the product’s manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that the release date provided at the time of preorder will remain the same. In the event that the release date changes, customers are automatically locked into the new date. By placing a preorder with us, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Refunds due to release date changes may be granted in select cases at the store’s discretion. We claim no responsibility for any delays caused by the manufacturer or distributor.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Customers may cancel preorders at any time before the 30 days leading up to the release date without incurring a fee. However, cancellations made within 30 days of the product’s release date will incur a 10% restocking fee. After the release date, all sales are final. Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original form of payment.


For unclaimed in-store pick-up orders, we will attempt to contact the customer a minimum of three times over a one-week period. If the product is still unclaimed after this, it will be returned to inventory, and the customer will be refunded, minus the 10% restocking fee. Should the customer want the item after it has been restocked, they will need to repurchase it, subject to availability.


4. Stock Allocation

In cases where we experience product shortages, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Any orders cancelled due to product shortages will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to make certain exceptions to how orders are allocated, particularly for large orders or other special circumstances.

 

5. Pricing Fluctuations

The price at the time of checkout is the final price, regardless of any market fluctuations before the official release date. Both the store and the customer agree to honor this price at the time of checkout. Specific exceptions to this may be communicated by the store, and customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer service email with any concerns.

 

6. Shipping and Pickup

We offer various shipping methods at checkout, as well as an in-store pickup option. Preorders will be shipped out or made available for pickup starting on the official release date. Due to high demand, orders may take up to 3 business days to process in some cases.

 

Global shipping availability varies by product. Some manufacturers restrict international sales, and as such, not all items are eligible for global shipping. For clarification on specific products, customers should contact the store directly.

 

7. Customer Communication

We will keep customers informed of any changes or updates to their order, including release date changes or when an order is ready for pickup or shipping, via email. In urgent situations, we may use the phone number provided at checkout to reach out to the customer.
